MCT-Diabetes Personal allows a person with diabetes to easily upload blood glucose readings from multiple meters, monitor glucose levels, and understand lab values with easy to use charts and graphs. Increased communication between you, the caregiver, and your family member can lead to improved diabetes health. MCT-Diabetes Personal allows family members to help those with diabetes by becoming part of their Care Team and monitoring blood glucose levels. For example, as a parent, you can stay connected with your child who may be away at camp or college. Or, if you are a child with an elderly parent who lives far away you can help monitor their diabetes remotely.
